About the role: True senior position - you’ll be the go-to person on the floor for clinical questions, hands-on training, and keeping standards sky-high 4-day working week (yes, really) with a rotating roster that respects work-life balance Plenty of complex cases and the toys to match: full in-house lab, digital radiology, advanced monitoring, mechanical ventilators, and more You’ll be the kind of nurse who can: Assist with central lines, arterial lines, PICC lines, urinary catheters, feeding tubes, set up high-flow oxygen, and manage ventilators confidently Jump in and lead CPR when it hits the fan Run smooth ICU admissions and discharges Handle triage and emergency procedures when things get busy Help with critical care anaesthesia (including TIVA) Teach junior nurses without making them feel small – patience and clear communication are your superpower What you bring: Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) At least 4 years solid ECC experience – you’ve seen it all (or most of it!)
