Facilitate high-quality project delivery across your biodiversity and ecology space Preparing and reviewing technical reports and assessments Leading site inspections and managing field teams Driving continuous improvement in processes and service delivery Managing project budgets, timelines, and resourcing Coordinating internal teams and resources for your project Building strong client relationships and contributing to repeat work and growth About You You are a confident, experienced ecologist who thrives on responsibility and collaboration: Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM) Accreditation (essential) Tertiary qualifications in environmental science or a related discipline Proven experience working independently across field, office, and remote sites Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels A solid understanding of QA processes and technical governance A collaborative mindset with confidence in managing client relationships Why Fyfe: At Fyfe, you'll be supported to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact.
