We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Senior eCommerce Manager at Holland & Barrett. As the Senior eCommerce Manager, you will lead the growth and performance of your category areas across the UK and Ireland website and app. Acting as the primary point of contact for commercial category teams, you will shape and execute digital strategies that align with broader business objectives.
This high-visibility leadership role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders across Digital, Commercial, Tech, Retail Operations, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring alignment and delivering impactful plans to enhance performance and customer experience. This is your opportunity to drive success in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Drive initiatives to enhance the customer journey, from discovery to post-purchase with data at the heart of all decisions
  • Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries and issues related to ecommerce and marketplace transactions

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • E-commerce and Omni-channel Knowledge - Strong knowledge of e-commerce and omni-channel principles and environment, including promotional strategies, customer journey mapping, and trading cycles
  • Marketplace Management – Working knowledge of marketplaces and experience of how to optimise product and vendor performance
  • Analytics and Reporting Tools - Proficiency in using digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Content Square) to measure performance metrics
  • Content and Platform Management - Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and merchandising tools to drive website and app performance
  • Market Trends and Competitor Analysis - Expertise in monitoring market trends and competitive activities, translating insights into actionable strategies to maintain market leadership
  • Direct to consumer (D2C) – Clear track record to driving sustainable growth within a large, complex and well known D2C environment
  • Revenue Growth and Innovation - Track record of identifying and quickly implementing revenue-driving opportunities, such as new promotional tactics, range expansion and building partnership opportunities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution - Skilled in creating strategic plans, managing critical paths, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Problem-Solving - Ability to analyse complex data sets to identify trends, address challenges and continuously offer new solutions
