Sodexo Justice Services at HMP & YOI Peterborough is seeking a Senior Education Administrator to lead and manage our Education, Skills & Work Administration Team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth and compliant delivery of educational services within a unique and rewarding environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead and support a small team of administrators, driving high standards of performance and professionalism
• Oversee education data systems (NOMIS, Curious), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
• Coordinate with teaching staff, internal departments, and external providers to manage timetables, bookings, and learner attendance
• Uphold all relevant policies, including safeguarding, GDPR, and equality and diversity standards
• Analyse performance data and contribute to continuous service improvements
