Support design and execution of skill development, employability and workforce transformation projects for government and corporate clients. Conduct sectoral skill gap studies, baseline assessments, and analyse labor‑market data to generate insights. Develop training content, NSQF‑aligned curricula, and support ToT/ToA frameworks across priority sectors. Coordinate with government departments, Sector Skill Councils, training partners, and industry stakeholders for project delivery. Manage project documentation, monitor progress, track KPIs, and prepare high‑quality reports and presentations. Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, DPRs, and knowledge papers in the skilling and education domain.
