Responsibilities

We’re looking for a passionate and adaptable School Education Support Officer to join our Education Support Team, working both within Castle Rushen High School and across other educational settings. This rewarding role involves supporting a student in a specialist environment while also providing tailored assistance to others with behavioural learning needs, including those with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD).
As part of a collaborative team, you’ll work closely with the SEBD Coordinator, Assistant Headteacher, teaching staff, and fellow ESOs to help shape inclusive learning experiences. Your input will be key in adapting the school’s universal strategies to better support students with individualised needs, ensuring every learner feels understood, empowered, and equipped to succeed. If you thrive in a role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
