Description

The Senior EHS Engineer manages an effective maintenance program that provides for a clean, comfortable, safe working environment for all personnel. Ensure compliance to STPS, SEMARNAT, ISO 14001, OSHA/ISO 45001, and MESH requirements and specific regulations applicable to the facility. 1 Maintain and ensure compliance for Management Enviromental Safety & Health system (MESH). EHS Champion. 2 EHS Champion / co champion of 8 MESH categories (Knowledge in electrical safety, LOTO, Machine guarding, confined Spaces, powered industrial vehicles, etc) as a well as its legal compliance. 3 Ensure Legal compliance of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering chemical, Industrial, Environmental, EHS. 3-5 years of experience in EHS, including knowledge on STPS, SEMARNAT and OSHAS regulation. EHS Systems and Knowledge. Recognition and Evaluation of EHS Risks. Risk Control and Communication.
