Position Summary You will be the primary contact for all aspects of environmental, health and safety for a major project at our Singapore site. You will work with operations, engineering and EHS colleagues to reduce risk and improve systems. We value clear thinkers who act with practical judgement and coach others. Responsibilities: Provide site level leadership and subject matter expertise in Process Safety to ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance. Lead incident and near‑miss investigations and ensure corrective actions and organisational learning. Provide technical EHS input as part of management of change. Coach and develop site engineers, operators and EHS colleagues to strengthen capability. Monitor compliance, maintain clear records and report EHS performance to site leaders Apply process safety principles to reduce high severity operational risks across site activities. Manage and oversee site‑wide process safety management strategies. Review engineering changes and support safe installation, commissioning and handover. Support audits, inspections and regulator interactions with timely, accurate documentation. Create and maintain EHS procedures, training materials and clear technical guidance. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, occupational health, industrial hygiene or related science. Minimum five years’ EHS engineering experience in manufacturing or regulated industries. Practical knowledge of process safety and chemical hazard control. In depth working knowledge of process safety tools such as HAZOP, HAZID, SIL assessment, HAC. Experience providing technical EHS support to projects and capital works. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams. This role is full‑time and site‑based in Singapore. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus Advanced degree in safety or engineering Professional certification such as NEBOSH Certificate in Process Safety Management or equivalent. Experience leading EHS integration, standards deployment or site programmes. Familiarity with Singapore workplace safety and environmental regulations.
