Job Description We are a growing medical technology manufacturer developing advanced proton therapy systems. We are seeking a Senior EHS Specialist / Supervisor to own our site EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a proactive safety culture. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Oversight: Lead the facility's EHS program; ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NRC, DOT, and local regulations. Risk Mitigation: Conduct hazard assessments, job safety analyses, and incident investigations (root cause analysis). Audits & Reporting: Manage EHS metrics, recordkeeping, permits, internal audits, and regulatory agency interactions. Training & Culture: Deliver safety training (new hire, annual, task-specific) and promote a culture of accountability. Cross-Functional Support: Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and facilities teams on EHS considerations for new equipment and processes. Emergency Response: Lead emergency preparedness and response planning. Qualifications 3+ years of EHS experience (manufacturing or machinery environment preferred). High school diploma or equivalent. Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NRC, and DOT standards. Excellent training, communication, and incident investigation skills. Must be local (no relocation) and authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship).
