  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with international teams (Germany and China) to develop and implement marketing assets tailored to the needs of our customers and target markets.
  • Trade Marketing: Design and optimize trade marketing terms for customers, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Brand Activation: Develop and execute brand activation plans that resonate with target audiences and drive brand visibility and growth.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience across multiple platforms.
  • Innovation Projects: Facilitate and manage innovation initiatives between the German and China teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and successful project execution.

About you

  • Educational Background: University degree with a focus in management, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in brand marketing or digital marketing, preferably in FMCG consumer marketing. Experience in China or with China market dynamics is highly desirable.
  • China Social Media & Influencer Marketing: Solid experience in managing social media marketing campaigns, including influencer marketing, on popular Chinese platforms like WeChat and Redbook.
  • E-commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with China’s e-commerce landscape, including platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, JD, and Douyin, along with experience in cross-border and social e-commerce strategies.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills, with an ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and with customers in an international environment. Experience building connections and maintaining engagement in a virtual working setting is key.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong entrepreneurial thinking with a proactive and accountable work style.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations.
