POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Electrical Applications Specialist plays a critical, cross-functional role supporting the development, quoting, and delivery of complex electrical and integrated power solutions. This position bridges applications, commercial support, and execution by translating customer requirements into technically sound, cost-effective solutions while supporting sales efforts and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities. Requirements Key Responsibilities Applications & Quoting • Develop detailed technical solutions and system configurations for PDCs, integrated buildings, and power systems • Lead preparation of complex quotations, including BOM development, scope definition, and technical clarifications • Collaborate with sales to align technical solutions with customer requirements and margin objectives • Review of customer specifications and drawings to ensure accurate proposals Design & Technical Support • Provide application-level electrical and system design support • Serve as a technical resource for internal teams • Support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives Sales & Customer Engagement • Support sales through customer meetings and technical presentations • Assist with requirement clarification and solution recommendations • Provide technical credibility without carrying a primary sales quota Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) • Support and participate in FAT activities where applicable • Review test plans and validate performance against specifications where applicable • Act as technical liaison during FAT events where applicable Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams • Support documentation, change management, and project handoff Qualifications Required • Strong background in electrical power systems or integrated electrical solutions • Experience supporting complex quoting and application-level design • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings • Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred • Experience with integrated power buildings or modular systems • Exposure to FAT processes • Experience supporting industrial or energy-infrastructure customers BENEFITS Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Fully Covered by the Company Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) Insurance for Accidents, Hospitalizations, and Critical Illness 401K with company match.
