Job Overview -  We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sr. Electrician to join our manufacturing operations team in Vadodara. The role is responsible for electrical assembly, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities related to oil & gas equipment manufacturing. The successful candidate will interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and contribute to improving assembly processes, productivity, and shop floor efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic oil & gas manufacturing environment while gaining exposure to advanced electrical systems, assembly processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities : * Perform electrical panel wiring, cable routing, harnessing, and assembly activities as per engineering drawings and technical documentation. * Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and electrical layouts. * Conduct testing and inspection using multimeters, insulation testers, continuity testers, and other electrical testing equipment. * Troubleshoot electrical faults and support corrective actions to minimize downtime and quality issues. * Perform assembly, testing, torque operations, copper plating, phosphating, and related manufacturing activities in accordance with established procedures. * Configure and support electronic cards and associated components used in manufacturing processes. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards at all times. * Maintain accurate production, testing, and inspection records. * Coordinate effectively with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Machine Shop teams to ensure smooth production flow. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, utilization, quality, and workplace organization. * Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis activities where applicable. Skills: * Control panel wiring and electronic card configuration. * Exposure to PLCs, sensors, actuators, and automation systems. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and TPM. * Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and failure diagnostics.     Qualifications * B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering. * 1–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, assembly, or manufacturing operations. * Experience within Oil & Gas Equipment Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, or Automotive industries. * Knowledge of electrical safety standards and industrial best practices.   #LI-MD1
