The dynamic vehicle electrification market is rapidly growing. We are seeking a passionate Electrical Specialist with expertise in power module design to come on board onsemi’s Automotive Traction Solutions business unit and be part of our quest to be the global Intelligent Power solutions leader. We have an innovative portfolio of IGBT & Silicon Carbide (SiC) high power modules and we look forward to enhancing our product roadmap with creative solutions that enables us to meet our customer needs. The successful applicant will be based in Munich, Germany. Relocation assistance will be provided as needed.
