Role Purpose Working in close collaboration between Tender, Project Management, Offer Marketing, PAE, Prescription team, Solution Architects to understand & influence the customer requirements from a technical perspective and provide the most optimum Power System offer, to the tender team to improve commercial & Tender Hit rates, to project management team to ensure delivery time, revenue and GM. Key Responsibilities Project End to End Support Work hand in hand with the tender and project management and being part of the team to detail and map out the agreed initiatives Work in tandem with the prescription teams to map the relevant Segment & application initiatives to influence the customer requirements at early stages. To be the contact window of technical leader (Ex. engineering department, supplier or product owner) to check the feasibility of special design requisition. Work in close collaboration with the various Solution Architects & PAE’s & Offer Marketings & Factories, mapping the Segment initiatives and plan a most optimized & verified offer solution to the tendering teams. Support on preliminary drawing in tender stage or As Built Drawing after energizing. Equipment drawing should be provided by factory. Support to identify and mitigate technical risks early in the offer development for tendering & project management. Focus on continuous improvement through constant feedback with a clear target to improve customer satisfaction both at quotation stages and execution stages to ensure planned solutions are effectively deployed during execution. Performance and Competence Improvement Keep up to date and summarize standard technical requirement (by Country, or by Segment, or by key Customer) and communicate with tender/SAE/factory/OM team in order to optimize & standardize the offer. Influence stakeholders (internal & external) to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership. Provide Technical Training (offer application details) to Tender/OM/SAE/PM/TR Requirements: Advanced LV Equipment knowledge & application knowledge Advanced Engineering design competence of MV/LV Equipment Good English & Communication Skill Let us learn about you!
