We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Senior Electrical Designer with fifteen or more years of experience to join our team in applying engineering skills to a variety of diverse and challenging projects in our Austin office. The successful candidate will have experience in the design and drafting of power, lighting, and low-voltage systems for federal/DOD, commercial, healthcare, educational, industrial, multi-family, and/or high-rise facilities. Qualifications Requirements include: Bachelor degree in engineering or related science (required) 15+ years of design and drafting experience in related industries. Graduation from a certified CAD training program at an accredited institution counts as one year of experience EIT Certification (Preferred) Proficient in computer-aided drafting (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Possess advanced drafting, BIM/Revit and layout skills Create REVIT families and AutoCAD blocks Experienced with the latest release of Autodesk AutoCAD and REVIT Performing design work without supervision Experienced in training entry level designers This position is based in the Austin, TX.
