Your Impact As Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead the design and development of Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and Remote Power Panels (RPPs) that support mission critical infrastructure. Your work will directly impact product performance, safety, scalability, and our ability to deliver high quality solutions to customers at speed. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Lead the design, development, and validation of PDUs and RPPs aligned to customer and project specifications * Prepare and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and technical documentation * Perform electrical load calculations, short circuit and fault analysis, and ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, UL, and other applicable standards * Partner cross functionally with mechanical, systems, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product integration and production readiness * Lead design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers * Support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to validate and improve designs * Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate and select components that meet performance, cost, and lead time requirements * Drive continuous improvement by staying current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in power distribution systems Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field * 5 to 7 years of experience in electrical design, with direct experience designing PDUs and RPPs * Strong knowledge of low voltage power distribution systems and related components * Proficiency with electrical design tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar platforms * Working knowledge of NEC, IEEE, UL, and other relevant electrical codes and standards * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured problem solving approach * Effective communicator who collaborates well across engineering and operations teams * Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers is preferred Benefits * Competitive salary and performance bonus * Paid time off * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance * Collaborative, high energy workplace Our Core Values * Safety - We proactively protect our people and environment * Inclusion - We respect and appreciate diverse perspectives and backgrounds * Speed - We move fast, act decisively, and stay agile * Innovation - We challenge assumptions and simplify processes * Judgment - We make sound decisions with the business in mind * Accountability - We take ownership and deliver results Job Application Notice Accelevation LLC does not ask for payment or sensitive personal details, such as bank account or Social Security numbers, during the job application process.
