Start here. Grow here. We are seeking a talented Medior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic Electrical Engineering team. This role will be pivotal in designing and maintaining electrical circuits, systems, and equipment, with a particular focus on power systems, electric service and supply systems, and lighting systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a passion for electrical engineering, with a focus on creating innovative, reliable, and efficient solutions. Job Description Here is what you will do: Execute specific and moderately complex portions of broader engineering assignments under minimal supervision. Gather, validate and correlate engineering data using established procedures and tools. Perform detailed engineering calculations, analyses, and simple tests for assigned design tasks. Propose solutions and adapt standard methods to address new or unfamiliar technical problems. Identify and resolve discrepancies in engineering results or documentation. Independently complete primary design elements and ensure alignment with project technical requirements. Prepare project deliverables (drawings, models, reports) for review by senior engineers. Provide guidance and support to entry-level/junior engineers. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to achieving project objectives. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and procedures. Participate in internal quality reviews and maintain accurate project records. Contribute to project proposals and technical sections of bids when required. Interact with clients to collect technical information and discuss project requirements, as experience grows. Qualifications Here’s what we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Minimum 3 years of professional engineering experience in design or consultancy environments. Solid understanding of relevant engineering principles, industry standards, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to perform engineering calculations and interpret technical data. Proven ability to work independently while engaging with a wider team. Experience preparing design documentation for medium to large projects. Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project priorities. Advanced written and verbal communication skill in English. Preferred: Proficiency in Revit MEP. Experience working with Common Data Environment platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ACC). Familiarity with clash detection software. Professional certification or active pursuit of certification Experience coordinating small project tasks or guiding junior engineers. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop approaches for novel or challenging issues. Familiarity with international design codes and multidisciplinary workflows. Experience communicating with clients and external stakeholders. Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements to processes, templates, or design methods.
