Responsible and plays a key role in design, tender management and quality control of electrical and fire alarm system. Proactively support team leader and coordinate with project manager in work and resource planning. Mentoring and coaching junior engineer. /LP 职位要求 Bachelor degree in Building Services, electrical and fire alarm system, business consultant experience is preferred. Over 10 years post-qualification experience in design and building services management, at least 5 years in China. Registered / Chartered Engineer of a recognized professional institution. Solid technical knowledge. Broad Experience in design for varying building types. Specialized in design for high-profile projects and complex institutional building. Specialized in tender management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high responsibility. Excellent verbal/written both in Chinese and English.
