Senior Advanced Electrical Engineer As a Senior Advanced Electrical Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across various industries. Your expertise in electrical engineering and technical leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of technology and industry solutions.   You will report directly to our Senior Engineering Manager, and you will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, and technologically advanced solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Your contributions will enhance operational efficiency and safety across multiple sectors.  You will impact the development of hardware solutions for the Flight Systems development team, contributing to the success of our products and solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the development of hardware, including the design, development, integration and testing of Air Data hardware efforts. * Work with other engineers that cover multiple engineering disciplines. * Main interface to customers, internal support groups, and external suppliers. * Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects. * Lead the deployment and configuration of hardware, ensuring they are installed correctly, tested rigorously, and perform optimally. * Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational. * Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implement enhancements, and contribute to the optimization of operations.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, integration, and testing of Air Data hardware and avionics systems. Coordinate with customers and suppliers to execute complex engineering projects and optimize system performance.
