Description Barton Associates is looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of electrical systems for various projects, including healthcare, education, senior living facilities, and multi-family and mixed-use complexes. Utilize your expertise to create efficient, reliable, and sustainable electrical solutions. Work closely with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and integrated project delivery. Conduct comprehensive site inspections and provide expert technical support throughout construction. Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure the highest quality standards. Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget. Requirements Possess an accredited Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required. Possess 10+ years of experience in the MEP industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Advanced knowledge of other industry-standard tools and technologies is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle challenging engineering problems. Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a knack for leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
