Your Impact • Deliver senior‑level electrical engineering for medium and large projects, including design basis development, equipment selection, detailed design, and field implementation. • Lead client and stakeholder engagement to clarify needs, define scope, and ensure alignment through all project phases. • Guide multidisciplinary coordination to support cost control, scheduling, procurement, reporting, and construction support activities. • Develop feasibility studies, technical reports, and conceptual design packages. • Review, stamp, and approve drawings and documents while ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements. • Specify equipment from first principles and apply simulation tools and internal engineering models. • Mentor and coach junior engineers and designers, building a collaborative learning environment. • Manage scope, schedule, change control, and deliverables in alignment with project execution plans. • Uphold and promote corporate and client procedures, contributing to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. • Provide senior support on negotiation of critical engineering issues and contribute to proposal development. The Skills That Set You Apart • University degree in Electrical Engineering and active P.Eng registration with APEGA. • 10+ years of EPCM electrical engineering experience within the Canadian oil & gas sector. • Proven success in a Lead Engineer capacity, guiding teams through complex project execution. • Strong technical depth across electrical systems design, field operations, and engineering analysis tools. • Ability to independently manage projects, drive outcomes, and support multi‑discipline collaboration. • A passion for developing others and contributing to a high‑performance engineering culture.
