CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS;

• BEng or MEng or time Served Engineer
• Must have a solid fundamental understanding of electrical engineering
• Must have cable assembly, harness and loom experience
• Able to do calculations (load/drop)
• Experience in running a project of any size (no formal qualification needed)
• Design for Manufacture experience
• Worked within a tightly regulated industry such as Defence, Aerospace, Nuclear

• Take client briefs
• Creating bespoke solutions with a quality-first attitude
• Full project management
• Creating detailed work instructions
• Producing AutoCAD drawings
• Calculating labour costs/ labour allocation/ labour efficiency/ quotations
• Design for manufacture
• New Product Development
