  • Extensive experience in Electrical and Specialist Systems design, design management, and project delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and positively influence others to achieve desired project outputs
  • Experience in developing strategic and specific responses to business needs
  • Specialist knowledge and experience in the role of ‘Senior Authorised Person’ or ensuring compliance with High Voltage network requirements (desirable)
  • Expertise in defining and setting technical standards, monitoring performance, and initiating corrective actions and improvements

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for providing strategic direction and technical expertise to the company’s Estates and Technical Services team. You will act as a design champion, ensuring that a comprehensive suite of design standards is available and regularly reviewed. Your role will involve guiding project teams, offering advice, and assisting in the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
In this position, you will also be responsible for maintaining contact with various authorities, governmental groups, and advisory organisations, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry developments. Additionally, you will provide technical support to Project Managers and Estates Maintenance teams, conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safe operating conditions.
