We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our leadership team as Department Head. This is a significant position within the company, with responsibility for guiding the electrical discipline, supporting project execution, and collaborating closely with clients, project personnel, and all internal technical teams. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver practical solutions to complex challenges in fast-paced project environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee electrical engineering deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Provide input to DBMs, cost estimates, schedules, drawings, design reviews, and squad checks.
  • Develop project execution plans, detailed scopes of work, and design basis documents.
  • Supervise and review the work of electrical engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare engineering man-hour estimates and contribute to project schedules.
  • Review and evaluate vendor/subcontractor designs and technical submissions.
  • Prepare and/or review single-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
  • Ensure all work complies with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Support procurement activities including MRQ/MRP development, technical evaluations, and vendor drawing approvals.
  • Provide field engineering and construction support, including inspection and troubleshooting.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting the growth of the electrical discipline.
