In this role, you will provide advanced technical leadership and engineering expertise for large-scale, complex infrastructure and building projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, review, and construction supervision of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with international engineering codes, local standards, and client requirements. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the electrical engineering scope of work, including the design and review of power distribution, lighting, grounding, lightning protection, and low-current systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, ensuring high-quality design deliverables. Conduct thorough technical reviews of engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and material submittals from contractors. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, mechanical, and project management) to ensure seamless system integration and resolve design conflicts. Interface directly with clients, stakeholders, and utility authorities to align project requirements and secure necessary approvals. Oversee site inspections and technical audits to ensure construction activities align strictly with approved designs and quality standards. What Required Skills You’ll Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university. A Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) / Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 12 years of progressive engineering experience, with a proven track record of leading electrical scopes on large-scale infrastructure, mega-projects. Technical Skills: Deep expertise in power system analysis software (e.g., ETAP), AutoCAD, and Revit. Comprehensive knowledge of international codes (IEC, NEC, IEEE) and local Saudi regulations (SBC). What Desired Skills You’ll Bring Communication: Exceptional leadership and communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently present technical solutions to clients and senior management. Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
