This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer (Remote). In this role, you will be a crucial member of the R&D Electrical Engineering team, spearheading the development of innovative HVAC solutions tailored for Data Center and other commercial applications. The diverse nature of the projects will allow you to enhance your expertise across multiple design disciplines, while training is provided by a seasoned team of engineers. Your efforts will drive the advancement of efficiency and reliability in modern technological settings. \n Accountabilities Assist with design & testing of completed systems Research new controls solutions such as sensors, actuators, VFDs, and networks Develop custom air handler solutions by selecting components, generating schematic drawings, and preparing parts lists Support new product development with conceptual designs and layouts Develop controls programs for complex air handlers and heat transfer systems Participate in Kaizen and other cross-functional teams to improve designs Support updating existing systems Engage in continuous improvement and cost reduction activities through improved product design and design for manufacturing (DFM) Provide technical support for products after shipping Willingness to travel up to 25% Requirements Application of control loops to provide machine control Programming for controllers (DDC/PLC) AutoCAD Electrical experience Effective communication skills, both written and oral Demonstrated problem solver and team player Ability to successfully plan work to meet deadlines Understanding of HVAC Systems B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or 5 years of experience in Data Center controls & diagrams Practical knowledge of 3 phase power systems desired but not required Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer Benefits Competitive salary Flexible working hours and remote work options Professional development opportunities Collaborative and innovative work environment Health and wellness benefits \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
