We are a leading inter-disciplinary consultancy specialising in innovative, sustainable, and efficient design solutions across various sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and industrial projects. With a growing portfolio of exciting projects, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to our success.
As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will take a lead role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and other disciplines to ensure the successful execution of projects, from concept to completion.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent (Chartered Engineer status or working towards it preferred)
• Proven experience in electrical design within a consultancy or similar environment, including a strong portfolio of delivered projects
• In-depth knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., BS 7671, Building Regulations)
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and calculation tools (e.g., Electrical -OM, Amtech, Dialux)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead client meetings and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  To be successful in this role you will have an accredited Building Services degree or higher educational qualification and experience in a similar role. Ideally chartered or working towards chartered engineer status with a suitable institution. You will need to be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams. You will also need to show a willingness to learn whilst demonstrating a high level diligence and organisational skills.
