Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this site-based role, you will lead Electrical/ELV engineering projects, oversee system designs, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Develop and review electrical and ELV system designs for industrial and construction projects Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshoot complex electrical/ ELV issues Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers and technicians Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Perform power system analysis and optimize energy efficiency Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standards Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders Implement and oversee safety protocols for electrical installations and maintenance Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering; Master's degree preferred Professional Engineering (PE) or equivalent Over 12 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on site-based projects Proven experience in industrial or construction environments Proficiency in electrical engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, and MATLAB Strong knowledge of electrical/ secuirty/ ELV codes and standards Expertise in power systems design and analysis Expertise in ELV/Secuirty system design and analysis Experience with industrial control systems Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices Excellent project management and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
