We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Senior Electrical Engineer with proven experience in utility-scale solar projects (50 MW and above) to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across the entire project lifecycle — from tender preparation and sales applications to client communication, design, and on-site implementation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial solar PV projects, including at least 3 utility-scale projects (50 MW+).
• Strong knowledge of the full project lifecycle, from tender preparation to O&M.
• Fluency in Arabic, English, and French (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Proficiency in solar PV design software, AutoCAD, and electrical calculation tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the UAE as required.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of large-scale solar projects (50 MW+), from tender submission to commissioning.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for solar tenders.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Design electrical systems for solar PV plants, including panels, inverters, substations, cabling, SCADA systems, and transformers.
• Oversee project implementation, testing, and commissioning on-site.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, international standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for material selection and delivery.
• Support in project structuring, contract management (EPC, O&M, PPP/PPA), and technical documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
