JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure comprehensive bid proposals that align with project requirements and company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical estimating within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methodologies.
  • Proficiency in estimating software such as Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Collaborate, train and assist estimating team.
  • Develop material, labor, and equipment cost estimates for electrical projects.

  • Review and refine estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with bid requirements.

  • Support project managers in budget development and cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and best practices to improve estimating accuracy.
