Support Analysis the feasibility of key motherboard and EE functional features Facilitate engineering choicepoint discussions and define closure dates to streamline product development with the best cost/feature/performance consideration Typically 10+ years experience of Electrical Hardware Engineering. Proven track record of strong technical leadership and capability to facilitating cross-function discussion. Track record of great sense of ownership, mentorship, proactive attitude and being a team player. Strong interpersonal skills to influence. Experience in defining and developing motherboard for high performance computing systems. Extensive and in-depth understanding in all PC industry standards and technology trends. Possess insights on serviceability, usability and user experience. Need to show strong evidence of excellent presentation skills. Ability to make technical presentations to executives in English is highly valued. Ability to interpret customer insights and megatrends into actionable items and realize them within cost constrains. Able to use Allegro or other circuit design software Experience working with both Asian ODMs and US team. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and good command of English. Ability to establish clear goals and formulate plans to achieve them. Travel to China or US on a need basis
