REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the electrical field.
• Knowledge of electrical systems; electrical engineering degree or electrician’s license is a plus.
• Proficiency in construction contract terminology and drawing specifications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with effective communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and estimating fundamentals.

• Oversee commercial electrical construction activities from initiation to completion.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare and manage construction-related documents, including estimates, contracts, and change orders.
• Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to assess progress, resolve conflicts, and support field staff.
