Description

Main Purpose: To plan, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of electrical works by preparing detailed designs, managing resources, and coordinating with project teams to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant electrical systems. Responsibilities : Estimate, prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc.., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution. Conduct Site inspections and supervise installation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with design specifications. Prepare and present technical reports and project updates. Coordinate with construction teams, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical systems into overall project plans. Control and implement electrical systems and products. Support project on-site execution and make decisions to support projects. Making Shop drawings. Please Replace with: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for electrical systems. Perform any additional related tasks as assigned. Specifications (Qualifications, Experience, and Skills) - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in real estate company. - Detailed knowledge of electrical equipment is essential - Ability to design, identify and specify a wide range of electrical equipment - Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. - A comprehensive understanding of electrical health and safety regulations. - Able to prioritize and plan effectively. - Strong organizational and communication skills.
