Responsibilities: Monitor, analyze, and manage the use of the electromagnetic spectrum for operational effectiveness. Conduct Electronic Warfare (EW) activities, including electronic attack (jamming, deception), electronic protection, and electronic support. Perform Spectrum Management, including deconfliction of frequencies, spectrum allocation, and interference resolution. Integrate EMSO planning with cyber operations, intelligence, and communications teams to ensure coordinated mission support. Employ EMSO tools, sensors, and systems to detect, track, and exploit adversary emissions. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, policies, and training for EMSO activities. Support exercises, experiments, and operations by providing EMSO subject matter expertise. Advise leadership on EMS threats, vulnerabilities, and operational impacts. Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree or degree in STEM related field or equivalent military service Ten (10) or more years of experience with maritime anti-ship missile defense planning, execution, or systems engineering including but not limited to the following systems: SLQ-32, BLQ-10, SKCS, DDI, DLP. Active TS/SCI clearance as required by the US Government contract Requirements Working Environment: This position is 100% in-person in Suffolk, VA; remote or hybrid work is unavailable.
