Responsibilities: Demonstrate experience and expertise in all aspects of EW (EA, ES, EP) across Airborne, Maritime, Expeditionary (Land), Space and Cyberspace domains. Liaise with Fleet and Marine Corps EW commands/operators to facilitate synergies between Spectrum Management and Electronic Warfare communities. Represent NMSC at the Executive Level to OPNAV/COMTENTHFLT/NAVCYBERCOM/ NAVIDFOR/ FEWC and Marine Corps EW commands for EW and Information Operations (IO) matters. Lead analyses of operational impact to Navy and Marine Corps platforms and weapons systems from reduction in spectrum inventory/access. Demonstrate knowledge of EW CONOPS/EW Command Center support to COCOMs/liaise with NMCSOs worldwide. Demonstrate firm understanding of competing uses of spectrum (friendly/neutral/hostile) in various battle spaces across war fighting domains, and assist NMSC in determining interoperability/compatibility technical and/or TTP solutions Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree or degree in STEM related field or equivalent military service Ten (10) or more years of experience with maritime anti-ship missile defense planning, execution, or systems engineering including but not limited to the following systems: SLQ-32, BLQ-10, SKCS, DDI, DLP. Active TS/SCI clearance as required by the US Government contract Desired Qualifications: SLQ-32(V) 6/7 experience Working Environment: This position is 100% in-person in Norfolk, VA; remote or hybrid work is unavailable.
