Lico Resources is working with a global equipment manufacturer recognized for its advanced R&D capabilities and commitment to engineering innovation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electronics Engineer to join a high-performing R&D team driving the design and development of next-generation electronic systems for advanced manufacturing equipment. The role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where you’ll contribute to critical technology innovations that shape the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and validation of electronic hardware systems used in precision manufacturing tools
  • Develop schematic diagrams and PCB layouts using industry-standard EDA tools
  • Integrate and test analog, digital, and power electronic circuits to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams—including firmware, mechanical, and software engineers—to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Conduct hands-on debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of circuit assemblies
  • Evaluate component selection, BOM cost, and system compatibility for manufacturability
  • Ensure designs meet relevant safety and compliance standardsParticipate in design reviews, risk assessments, and documentation processes to support product lifecycle

  • Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware circuit design and PCB development
  • Proficiency in PCB design software such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Eagle
  • Strong foundation in analog and digital circuit design, including power supply and signal conditioning
  • Familiarity with design practices for EMI/EMC and safety compliance

Preferred:

  • Experience working with microcontrollers, FPGAs, and embedded systems
  • Knowledge of thermal management, board bring-up, and reliability testing
  • Effective communication skills and ability to thrive in cross-functional team environments
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
