Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do: Work with new product development team to select the best PCBA architecture for the new product development in R&D Phase. Define and develop PCBA requirement of electronics system in R&D Phase. Support Design Team to develop robust software control algorithm/logics. Work with PCBA supplier to develop PCBA for new product in NPD and NPI phase. Review PCBA design for safety, reliability and DFM in NPD and NPI phase to make sure the good design quality. Implement systematical problem solving approach to find root cause and make correction plan for all the issues in in NPD and NPI phase. Implement Design Verification Test in each EB build to evaluate robustness of PCBA design. Review and approve PCBA design documents in NPI and Pilot phase. Review and approve PCBA manufacture process and test process in NPI and Pilot phase. Provide engineering support to achieve best quality and best cost. You are Expected: Good knowledge of design and verification for power supply, micro processer, sensor, heater and motor control etc. Good knowledge and skill to design Schematic, PCB layout circuit simulation and software development. Good knowledge of safety design to comply with UL and IEC requirement. Good knowledge of electronics component selection and verification. Good knowledge of design for reliability, DFMEA, RCA etc. Good knowledge of design for manufacture and PCBA manufactures process. Good knowledge of EMC design and test. Good knowledge of PCBA verification test requirement and procedure. Good knowledge of 6 sigma. Good skill on reading, writing and oral English communication. At least 8+ years work experience in PCBA design and manufacture for home appliance or similar electronics system. At least 6 years work experience in circuit design includes both analog and digital circuit. At least 3 years work experience of software development with C or assembly language. Good experience in PCBA manufacture and testing. Education/Certifications/Affiliations Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or related majors. Responsibilities
The Senior Electronics Engineer will work with the new product development team to select PCBA architecture, define system requirements, and support software control algorithm development during the R&D phase. Responsibilities also include managing PCBA supplier development, reviewing designs for quality, implementing problem-solving approaches, and conducting design verification testing through NPI and Pilot phases.
