Description Position Summary The Senior Electronics Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electronic products at various stages of production to ensure product quality and functionality. This role requires strong technical expertise, including the ability to read schematics, perform component-level repairs, and utilize diagnostic equipment in a manufacturing environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair failed products using schematics, test equipment, and visual inspection Diagnose and resolve issues down to the component level Perform testing at multiple stages of the production process Load firmware or software onto products as required Use diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators Perform soldering and rework on through-hole and surface mount components Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and test results Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical issues Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience as an Electronics Technician (senior-level experience preferred) Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose to the component level Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics independently Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.) Experience with soldering, including SMT and through-hole components Familiarity with digital, analog, and microcontroller-based circuits Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and teamwork skills
