Senior Electrophysiology Technician at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR. Under the leadership of the Department Manager and the supervision of the Electrophysiology Supervisor, the Senior Electrophysiology Technologist (SEPT) will, through the utilization of specialized equipment and under the direction of a qualified physician, perform advanced procedures on patients, including fluoroscopy and digital image capture, resulting in the accurate diagnosis and or optimal treatment of congenital or acquired heart arrhythmias while maintaining maximum patient safety and comfort. Required Qualifications: * Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited school of cardiovascular or radiographic technology. * Upon hire: Oregon Radiographer License * Within 2 years of hire: National Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist * Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association * Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association * 5 years electrophysiology technologist with ability to demonstrate similar competencies as required for employment as a SEPT at PSVMC.
