MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of direct-to-consumer ecommerce marketing experience, including CRM and direct mail programs
  • 2+ years working with email platforms (Acoustic preferred) and data-driven targeting/segmentation
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS with strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

ALL ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a Sr. Email Marketing Specialist to lead the daily execution of our growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) eCommerce marketing programs. This role focuses on driving sales through impactful email and direct mail campaigns—from strategy and targeting to execution, quality assurance, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate brings both direct response expertise and deep email platform knowledge, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for optimizing results through testing and data-driven insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define, execute, and optimize email and direct mail campaign strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Collaborate with D2C and content teams to plan promotions, using insights from past performance to shape creative, cadence, and targeting
  • Build and manage targeted marketing lists, segmentation, and audience strategies
  • Create, launch, and QA campaigns in the email service provider (ESP) and ensure accurate, timely deployment
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, applying a test-and-learn approach for continuous improvement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with assets, targeting, or campaign rendering
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and new technologies to enhance program success
