We are looking for a senior software engineer/architect for product development of charging systems and software development for Kempower products. You will be an active member of the RDI Team focusing on software development and testing activities for Kempower products, product testing, and supporting customer cases when needed.
As a Senior Software Engineer/Architect, you will be part of product development projects related to embedded systems. These projects focus on chargers’ software and their functions in the field, for example, vehicle communication, energy measurement, power control and integrations.
You will also participate in the enhancement and optimization of our current codebase, aligning it with best practices. You will provide direction for a robust and scalable embedded software framework.
Serving as a mentor and guide to the team, navigating technical challenges and upholding high coding standards is expected from you.
In this role, occasional traveling is required.
At Kempower we work hybrid. The preferred location for this role is Lahti, but other locations inside Finland can be discussed.
