Senior Emergency Tech at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 12-hour Night shifts. Our Emergency Department is a fast-paced environment that sees an average of 240 patients per day. We are Level 4 Trauma Certified and a Stroke and STEMI receiving department. The Senior Emergency Services Technician role is a non-licensed health care employee who performs delegated routine and predictable patient care tasks/duties and works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). These duties may include, but are not limited to ECGs, vital signs, monitoring, basic patient care and transportation. Responds appropriately to patients and families with knowledge of age-specific needs based on the emergency department scope of service.
