1. Undertake the processing, certifying and quality assurance tasks required to ensure the payment of salary, entitlements, workers
   compensation benefits, salary packaging and the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
2. Provide regular on the job training to team members to ensure they have the skills and capabilities required to undertake their
   duties.
3. Build rapport and maintain good working relationships with client agency stakeholders (i.e. prospective employees, new and former
   employees, NTPS employees and managers in client agencies.
4. Provide accurate, timely information to clients on conditions of service entitlements and more complex / difficult matters including
   providing information about the related processes for accessing approved and legislated entitlements and / or preparing
   correspondence relating to entitlements.
5. Independently organise and manage own workload, maintain subject matter expertise through ongoing development and learning
   opportunities and actively contribute to a work environment that promotes high quality, customer focused service delivery.
