YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We’re searching for an experienced Employer Branding Consultant with at least two years in a similar role, who knows how to make compelling corporate communication that feels fresh, modern, and engaging. You naturally stay ahead of industry trends, always keeping up with best practices to ensure messaging resonates both internally and externally. You thrive on understanding a company’s DNA and translating it into powerful employer branding that attracts top talent. Furthermore, you have experience working closely with the recruitment department (People & Attraction) and can help them attract top talent through strong communication.
It will also be an advantage if you have experience with building and maintaining relationships with universities, student organisations, and other talent pipelines. In order to do so it requires that you are and excellent event planner and can independently manage your project and keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Employer Branding Consultant to join our team on a maternity cover basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our employer brand, strengthening relationships with universities, improving the employee experience, and ensuring seamless execution of key events and communication strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including career fairs, networking events, and company presentations.
  • Drive internal and external communication initiatives to ensure a consistent and engaging employer brand message.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, marketing, and business leaders, to align branding efforts with company objectives.
  • Enhance the employee experience by supporting initiatives that foster engagement, recognition, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with universities and academic institutions to enhance our employer brand.
