Title: Senior Employment Coach
Salary: £31,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5hrs hours/week
Location: Kettering

GENERAL:

Maintain an awareness of and actively follow and promote Company policies, including, but not limited to, Safer Recruitment, Data Protection, Information Security, Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Prevent
Undertake any training as required by Company policy and take responsibility for professional development
Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
This is not an exhaustive list of tasks; the employee will be asked to undertake other ad hoc tasks relevant to the scope and purpose of this role. Responsibilities
  • Managing the full participant journey from job start to outcome, this includes In Work Support, monitoring outcomes and providing Rapid Response
  • Managing the disengaged caseload, with weekly positions in the local JCP for 3 way meetings
  • Building and maintaining a good working relationship with that local JCP and SPOC
  • Supporting with creating and maintaining a welcoming and informative environment within the centre to encourage participant attendance
  • Weekly caseload reviews with all Employment Coaches to manage and track performance
  • Support the Ops Manager with interviews for potential new Employment Coaches during recruitment
  • Support the Ops Manager with the induction of all new staff
  • Handle daily queries within the team to support Employment Coaches as and when required
  • Provide cover for the team as and when required
  • Provide stand in cover for OM’s in their absence as and when required.
  • Support with admin tasks, including but not exhaustive of, managing petty cash and reimbursement of participant expenses and arranging purchase of items using participant spend
