As Senior Employment Counsel, your role will be to provide expert legal guidance and provide the strategic vision and direction and management of employment legal issues throughout the RNLI..
You will carry out a wide range of legal work and provide advice and guidance, as well as negotiate and resolve disputes. You may have responsibility for line management of a junior solicitor or apprentice solicitor within the legal team.
