Our client is a well-regarded national law firm seeking an Employment Lawyer with demonstrable experience acting for both employees and employers across a wide range of employment law matters.
The role will include advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, handling Employment Tribunal litigation for both Claimants and Respondents, providing settlement agreement advice and negotiation, and supporting clients with disciplinary and grievance procedures, TUPE, and employment contracts. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to wider civil litigation and business disputes, working closely with the firm’s Employment Law and Business Disputes team.
