JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Senior Encompass Developer / Encompass Administrator with deep
technical experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting the Encompass360 platform.
This role involves end-to-end responsibility for designing custom workflows, building
Encompass SDK plugins, integrating third-party tools, and optimizing mortgage operations through automation and system enhancements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of hands-on development and admin experience with Encompass360.
• Proficient in C#, VB.NET, SQL, ASP.NET MVC, WPF, WinForms, JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of Encompass SDK, Developer Connect API, and ICE Secure Scripting Framework.
• Experience with SSIS/SSRS for data handling, reporting, and ETL processes.
• Proven experience supporting large user bases (100+ users) in mortgage operations.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Encompass Administrator Certification (current or previous).
• Experience in migrating legacy Encompass instances.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of mortgage compliance standards and field mappings.

• Serve as the primary Encompass Administrator and Developer for internal mortgage operations.
• Configure and maintain Encompass360 platform settings, forms, business rules, and user roles.
• Design and implement SDK plugins, web applications, and custom forms using C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Build and manage integrations with third-party systems like Optimal Blue, Simple Nexus, Total Expert, DocuSign, and DataVerify.
• Lead instance migrations and system upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and full data integrity.
• Create secure data workflows using ICE Secure Scripting Framework and Encompass Developer Connect API.
• Develop tools for automated data exports, reporting, and compliance documentation.
• Provide advanced support for LO Connect, TPO Connect, and Consumer Connect platforms.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and vendor stakeholders to identify process gaps and deliver technology solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all configurations, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, issue resolution, and platform enhancement meetings.
