Job Description We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Endpoint Specialist to join our Endpoint Administration and Protection team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the secure, efficient, and scalable management of our endpoint infrastructure across the organization. As a senior member of the team, you will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Windows-based endpoints across the enterprise. Manage and optimize Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and configuration. Package, deploy, and maintain applications using modern tools and best practices. Oversee mobile device management (MDM) for iOS and Android platforms. Implement and monitor Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to ensure endpoint security. Utilize ManageEngine Endpoint Central or Microsoft Endpoint Manager for centralized endpoint management. Automate and manage patching processes to ensure timely updates and compliance. Develop and maintain documentation for endpoint configurations, procedures, and standards. Design and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor endpoint health, compliance, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support endpoint lifecycle and security initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related incidents and service requests. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Qualifications 3-4 years of proven experience with Windows endpoint administration. Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365. Strong knowledge of application packaging and deployment. Experience with mobile device management solutions. Familiarity with endpoint security tools, especially Defender for Endpoint. Proficiency in ManageEngine Endpoint Central or Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Experience with patching automation tools and workflows. Ability to create and manage technical documentation and reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Intune reports). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and documentation abilities. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications are a plus, including: MD-102: Endpoint Administrator MS-700: Teams Administrator Associate MS-500: Microsoft 365 Security Administration Experience in enterprise-scale environments.
