ABOUT THE COMPANY & UNIT
At Yara International, we’ve been shaping the future of agriculture and sustainability since 1905. Headquartered in Oslo, Norway, Yara is a global company with a strong presence in over 60 countries across six continents, employing more than 17,000 people worldwide. We specialize in agricultural products, industrial solutions, and environmental innovations, all driven by a deep commitment to sustainable practices and ethical collaboration with farmers and partners around the globe. Our mission is bold and inspiring: to responsibly feed the world and protect the planet.
Our Direct Procurement (DP) team plays a vital role in the sourcing of key materials like Nitrogen, Phosphorous, Potash, Chemicals, Carbonates, Coating, and Energy, while managing global supply chain operations and maritime logistics. Each year, DP sources around 15 million tonnes of materials, and Yara Maritime Logistics handles over 17 million tonnes of product. Our team of professionals, based in Oslo, Brussels, Geneva, São Paulo, Singapore and Cartagena, ensures reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable supply to Yara’s global operations.
We are now looking for a Senior Energy Sourcing Manager to join our Energy Sourcing team within Direct Procurement at Yara. This is a unique opportunity to be at the center of global supply chain operations, helping ensure the flow of essential materials that support sustainable agriculture worldwide.
KNOWLEDGE GROWS THROUGH DIFFERENCES

We believe that creating a diverse and inclusive work environment is not only the right thing, but also the smart thing to do. To deliver on this, Yara has firmly anchored Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) in our business strategy and has more than 400 employees worldwide involved in D&I ambassadors networks.
As part of our recruitment process, where permitted by local law, we may conduct reference and background checks. These checks will only be performed when deemed necessary for the nature of the job. Candidates will be informed by HR before any background checks are initiated.
